1000 Pound Challenge yield details

The 1000 Pound Challenge, a friendly challenge between Living with the Land's garden in New Hampshire and The Good (& Simple) Life blog's garden in Georgia,  runs from April 1, 2012 through March 31, 2013. The goal is to grow 1000 pounds of produce for the table on 500 square feet of garden or less. The garden must be comprised of as many different varieties of fruits and vegetables as possible.
